In case you wonder: The first edition of my homepage resided here at the TIK. I think I wrote it around 1995, and removed it when I left ETHZ at the end of 1997. If you are curious, you can look at the archival copy. It was outdated and incomplete all the time. The web page, not ETHZ. Really. Since then (until March 2001) I have been webpage homeless, and rather enjoyed that state. Nothing was to be updated, nobody complained about missing links. Not having a homepage has drawbacks however. There are things (i.e. papers, source code, and stuff) that I want to make available to the public. Without a homepage, this is kind of hard to do.
So now I am back on the web, in an all new living and breathing second edition of my home page (you bet). Be it as it may, I hope you are going to enjoy it, or at least find it useful...
